Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect the bare minimum, we never sell or share it for marketing, and this site sets no cookies. Here's the detail.
Who we are
Cloud IT Manager is a trading name of Deeply Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07004219). Registered office: Bawtry Hall, South Parade, Bawtry, Doncaster, DN10 6JH. Deeply Design Limited is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.
Questions about this policy or your data: info@clouditmanager.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company name, company size, and your message. We use it for one thing - replying to your enquiry and any conversation that follows. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox by email (sent via Microsoft Azure). We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation, and any business relationship that comes from it, needs. We do not add you to any marketing list.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to make that decision; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for how Cloudflare handles this.
Cookies: there aren't any
This site sets no cookies - none, not even "essential" ones - which is why there is no cookie banner. We use no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
One honest footnote: if you use the light/dark toggle, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next visit. That setting never leaves your device and tells us nothing about you.
The Security Check quiz
The Security Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are not sent to us, stored, or seen by anyone but you.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe. Like virtually all web hosting, the platform keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses of requests) for security and operations. We don't use these to identify visitors.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@clouditmanager.co.uk and we'll sort it - no forms, no runaround.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
