Why UniFi

Enterprise-grade networking.
SME-friendly price point.

UniFi by Ubiquiti sits in a unique position — it delivers the kind of centralised management, segmentation, and visibility that used to require enterprise-level budgets, at a price that makes sense for growing businesses.

A single controller gives you a unified view of your entire network — every device, every VLAN, every access point, every client — across as many sites as you need. No per-device licensing. No annual subscription per seat.

We've configured and supported UniFi environments across offices, multi-site organisations, and complex hybrid setups — entirely remotely. It's a platform we know deeply, and one that's purpose-built for remote management from day one.

🏢

Single Pane of Glass

One controller interface for every device, site, and VLAN — no switching between systems.

📡

Wired & Wireless

Switching, routing, and Wi-Fi all managed from the same platform as one cohesive system.

🌐

Multi-Site Ready

Manage multiple locations from one interface — consistent configuration, consistent visibility.

💷

No Per-Device Licensing

UniFi's model avoids the per-seat, per-year costs that make competitor platforms expensive to scale.

UniFi Hardware

The components that make up your network

UniFi's product range covers every layer of your network — all managed through the same controller and designed to work together seamlessly. We specify the right hardware for your environment and handle all configuration remotely.

🔒

Security Gateways & Firewalls

The edge of your network. Handles routing, firewall rules, IDS/IPS, VPN termination, and traffic inspection — all configured and managed remotely via the UniFi controller.

Managed Switches

PoE and non-PoE switching across multiple form factors. VLAN tagging, port isolation, link aggregation, and traffic mirroring — fully managed and monitored centrally from anywhere.

Wi-Fi Access Points

Indoor and outdoor access points supporting Wi-Fi 6 / 6E, band steering, BSS Colouring, and seamless roaming — specified for your environment and configured remotely once connected.

UniFi Network Controller

The brain of the system. Hosted on a Cloud Key, Dream Machine, or self-hosted — giving us full remote access for configuration, monitoring, alerts, and changes.

UniFi Protect (CCTV)

Integrated camera and NVR solution managed alongside your network — IP cameras with local or cloud storage, motion alerts, and remote access from the same UniFi ecosystem.

UniFi Access (Door Control)

Physical access control — door readers, hubs, and management — integrated into the same UniFi platform and managed remotely alongside your network and security.

Coverage & Segmentation

Signal strength matters.
So does what can see what.

A well-designed UniFi deployment isn't just about getting Wi-Fi everywhere. It's about specifying the right access points for the right locations — and making sure different types of traffic are properly isolated from each other.

We design VLAN segmentation to keep your corporate systems, guest Wi-Fi, IoT devices, and CCTV on separate logical networks — even when they share the same physical infrastructure. You provide us with a floor plan; we produce a hardware specification and AP placement recommendation.

All configuration is handled remotely once hardware is in place. Firewall rules, SSID structure, and segmentation policies are applied, tested, and documented without anyone needing to be on site.

What We Do

Everything from design to ongoing support

We handle the full lifecycle remotely — so your network is right from day one and stays that way.

🔍

Remote Assessment & Design

We work from your floor plans, existing network diagrams, and a structured discovery call to design coverage, segmentation, and hardware specification — no site visit needed.

🛠️

Hardware Specification

We recommend the right UniFi hardware for your environment — switches, APs, and gateway matched to your actual needs. You procure and rack it; we handle the rest.

⚙️

Remote Controller Setup & Config

Full remote configuration of VLANs, SSIDs, firewall rules, routing, and access policies — documented and validated before handover.

🌐

Multi-Site Management

We configure and manage multiple locations from a single controller — consistent settings, unified monitoring, and remote visibility across all sites.

🔗

Cloud & Hybrid Integration

Where your network connects to Azure, AWS, or remote users, we configure the UniFi environment to support those connections securely — entirely remotely.

📋

Documentation & Ongoing Support

Full network documentation, remote change management, and ongoing support — so your network is actively managed, not just configured once and left.

How We Approach It

Four things we never compromise on

Every UniFi environment we design and configure is built around the same four principles.

📡

Coverage & Capacity

AP placement specified for signal quality and device density. Channel planning and band steering configured to avoid interference — designed from your floor plan.

🔐

Segmentation & Security

VLANs, firewall rules, and guest isolation built in from the start. Networks that separate traffic based on function, trust level, and risk.

🔄

Resilience

Where availability matters, we design for redundancy — redundant uplinks, failover ISP connections, and PoE switch power protection.

📋

Documentation

Every VLAN, SSID, firewall rule, and IP scheme documented clearly — so changes are made carefully and the network is supportable long-term.

Our Process

From discovery to stable, managed network

A fully remote process — structured so the network is right before anything goes live.

01

Discovery & Requirements

We start with a structured remote discovery — understanding your environment, users, and requirements before recommending anything.

  • Floor plan and site layout review (shared digitally)
  • Device count, traffic types, and coverage requirements
  • Existing network, ISP connections, and pain points
02

Design & Hardware Specification

We produce a network design and hardware bill of materials — covering AP placement, IP schema, VLAN structure, SSID layout, and firewall policy.

  • Hardware specification and procurement guidance
  • VLAN design and segmentation policy
  • SSID structure, security modes, and guest policy
03

Remote Configuration & Validation

Once hardware is in place and connected, we handle all configuration remotely — adopting devices, applying settings, and validating routing and firewall rules before handover.

  • Remote device adoption and controller configuration
  • VLAN, firewall, and SSID settings applied and tested
  • Throughput and connectivity validation via remote tools
04

Documentation & Ongoing Support

Full network documentation handed over on completion — with ongoing remote monitoring and support as your environment grows or changes.

  • Network diagram, IP scheme, and VLAN register
  • Admin guide and remote change request process
  • Ongoing remote monitoring and support as required
